The manufacturer has informed affected customers that it will soon be obsolescing several Infinium accessory kits; nonetheless, contents of each kit can still be purchased separately on the Illumina website or through a local sales representative. The affected customers can order the alternative products listed in the customer notification. Dates for Infinium Accessory Kits being obsolesced:
- Last order date: December 31, 2020
- Last ship date: January 31, 2021
According to the manufacturer, it is making this change as part of an ongoing effort to streamline the portfolio and ensure that it offers the highest-quality products. The change will not impact product performance of the assay.
