The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agencies (MHRA), United Kingdom posted a field safety notice concerning Turntable MK 6 of Skyframe hoist system, manufactured by The Helping Hand Company.
Due to a reported incident highlighting a failure in the hoist turntable which lead to a risk of user falling in the event, the manufacturer will make a modification to the turntable of the hoist system.
