Medical device manufacturer, Covidien Hong Kong Ltd has issued a field safety notice concerning Roticulator™ Single Use Stapler.
The manufacturer has concluded that Roticulator™ Single Use Stapler has the potential for the sterility barrier to be compromised. The use of products with this condition may result in a potentially increased risk for infection.
According to the local supplier, the affected devices were distributed in Hong Kong. If you are in possession of the affected products, please contact your supplier for necessary actions.
