The Health Canada has posted a medical device safety alert concerning Invacare I-Fit Shower Chair [Product ID: 9780, 9781, 9781-1].
According to the report, there is a possibility that chair seats may break through the middle, potentially causing the chair to collapse, and that the user may fall.
