Health Canada has posted a medical device safety alert concerning Depuy Ireland Uc, Cemvac System - Nozzles [Model or catalog number: 831231; Lot or serial Number: 22030034, 22030035] [HKMD No.: 210468].
According to Health Canada, specific lots of Cemvac revision nozzles are being removed because they were distributed prior to being sterilized.
