The Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) Report Form for Specific Medical Devices has now been updated. Local Responsible Persons may use the abovementioned form to report for Post-Market Surveillance matters for specific medical devices. The form number is now assigned as MD108 and is available on MDD website https://www.mdd.gov.hk/en/useful-information/forms/index.html.
